As a powerlifter I need to maintain and manage elbow pain between sets particularly on squats and bench presses and these sleeves do a great job of doing that. I recommend this product for any serious lifter.

Definitely made heavy duty. Fits well, not too tight where it cuts off circulation and not too loose where you're constantly having to readjust.
